Your documents never leave your phone.SignFast is built so that we cannot see your documents. Everything you sign, fill, scan, or annotate is processed entirely on your device. There is no account, no sign-up, and no cloud.
None of the above is ever uploaded, synced, or transmitted anywhere. Deleting the app deletes this data. Documents you explicitly share or export go only to the destination you choose.
To understand which features are used and to fix crashes, the app sends a small number of anonymous usage events (for example: “a document was imported”, “an export completed”, “the app crashed”). These events contain:
These events are not linked to your identity. We do not create user profiles, we do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across apps or websites. Analytics are processed by PostHog on our behalf, hosted in the United States.
The one-time unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use Adapty to validate purchases. We never see your payment details; Apple handles all billing. Purchase validation uses anonymous identifiers only.
SignFast is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete on our side — your data lives only on your device. Anonymous analytics cannot be traced back to you. If you have any privacy question or request, contact us and we will help.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date. We will never change the core promise: your documents stay on your phone.
